Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a talented Cook with experience in high-volume culinary operations to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner following standardized recipes in a healthcare setting.

Apply your plating skills, support the Dietary Manager in their absence, maintain kitchen sanitation, and manage inventory and recipes. Weekend availability is required for full-time shifts.

Competenze

• Experience in high-volume culinary operations in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work as part of a dietary team to deliver meals.

• Meal Preparation & Culinary Excellence: accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, and cook nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner following standardized recipes.
• Plating & Presentation: plate and garnish all cooked items to ensure an attractive presentation.
• Leadership Support: liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence to ensure seamless meal prep and delivery.
• Kitchen Sanitation: maintain high sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning the kitchen and all culinary equipment before and after food service.
• Inventory & Recipe Management: manage inventory, rotate stock, assist purchasing, and ensure recipe development and compliance.
• Special Events: flexibly handle last-minute culinary requests for special events and facility functions.

• Meal Preparation & Culinary Excellence: Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, and cook a variety of nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner following standardized recipes.
• Plating & Presentation: Plate and garnish all cooked items expertly to ensure an attractive menu presentation.
• Leadership Support: Act as a liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence to ensure seamless meal prep and delivery.
• Kitchen Sanitation: Maintain high sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning the kitchen and all culinary equipment before and after food service.
• Inventory & Recipe Management: Manage inventory, handle stock rotation, assist with purchasing, and ensure recipe development and compliance.
• Special Events: Flexibly handle last-minute culinary requests for special events and facility functions.
