Job summary

Beef 'O' Brady's Corporate Stores in Ocala, FL is hiring full-time and part-time cooks to join our back-of-the-house team. You will prep, cook, and plate menu items to recipe specs, delivering quality food with speed in a fun, fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities include following food safety guidelines, sanitation, keeping equipment clean, and completing duties without constant supervision. Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets and spec charts in English
• Able to competently operate grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment
• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling and storage
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and keep area clean
