Morrison Living at Blakeford Green Hills in Nashville, TN is hiring for full-time and part-time COOK positions. Location: Blakeford Green Hills - 11 Burton Hills Boulevard, Nashville, TN 37215. Schedule includes hours from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm with rotating weekends.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour. 1 year of prior cooking experience preferred. Benefits are offered with a robust package; the culinary team focuses on hospitality and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring correct temperature and appealing presentation.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains high cleanliness standards and stores or discards excess food per safety procedures.
• Maintains refrigerators and storerooms clean and stocked, follows storage standards for food and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and assists in production planning and reporting.
