Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring cooks for full-time and part-time shifts in Spearfish, SD. The facility location is Monument Health Spearfish, and candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule from early morning to evening.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and maintaining appropriate temperatures.
• Maintains clean and safe kitchen and follows HACCP standards.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
