Job summary

Zaxbys located in Bainbridge, GA is looking for enthusiastic team members to join our kitchen crew. You will work as a cook and prep specialist, assembling orders, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety standards to deliver great guest experiences.

This role offers flexible schedules, free meals on shift, and opportunities to advance. Part-time hours (9–28 per week) are available with potential for full-time and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time: 9–28 hours per week; Full-time: 32–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Complete training requirements including: Zaxbys Back of House Development Plan.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and brand.
• Assist with guest service and front of house operations.
• Prepare menu items according to company standards and in a safe, sanitary manner.
• Maintain product levels in assigned stations for immediate needs.
• Accurately assemble and package guest orders.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory deliveries.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work safely and follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
