Job summary

Zaxbys is seeking team members to join our busy kitchens in Charlotte, NC. You will help prepare and assemble orders, stock supplies, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while delivering friendly service to guests.

This role emphasizes food safety, quick, accurate order completion, and active participation in promotions and brand standards. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available for both part-time and full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to company standards and in a safe and sanitary manner
• Assist with guest service and front of house operations
• Maintain food safety and quality standards by following SOPs
• Receive and stock incoming inventory and maintain storage areas
• Complete training requirements including hands-on stations training
• Keep work areas clean and organized and maintain equipment
