Zax LLC is expanding its Zaxbys restaurant team and inviting applicants to join as kitchen crew. The role focuses on stocking, preparing, cooking, and assembling orders while keeping a clean, organized kitchen and ensuring food safety standards are met. You will learn via on‑the‑job training and support a friendly guest experience with fast, quality service.

The position offers part‑time or full‑time shifts with opportunities to advance and access benefits for full‑time team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including hands-on stations training.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Prepare menu items according to company standards and in a safe, sanitary manner.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory deliveries and maintain stocked work areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with guest service and front of house operations as needed.
