Qualifications

• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets and spec charts in English.
• Able to operate grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipe specs.
