Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking team members to support back-of-house operations at Zaxby’s. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking supplies, preparing menu items according to standards, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen. You will greet guests with enthusiasm and assist with front-of-house tasks as needed.

Training is provided through Zax LLC, including hands-on stations and the Back of House Development Plan. Roles offer meal benefits and flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock incoming inventory deliveries.
• Prepare menu items according to company standards and in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized and maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Assist with guest service and front of house operations.
• Complete training requirements including Zaxbys Back of House Development Plan and hands-on stations training.
