Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking a dedicated team member to support back-of-house operations, cooking and assembling menu items to brand standards. You will help maintain stock levels, ensure safe food handling, and keep a clean, organized workspace on shift.

Applicants should be able to work 9–28 hours weekly part-time or 32–40 hours weekly full-time, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction. Training is provided to uphold Zaxbys brand quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time: 9 to 28 hours per week; Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to company standards and in a safe, sanitary manner.
• Assist with guest service and front of house operations as needed.
• Receive, stock and rotate incoming inventory; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized and in compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Safely operate food preparation equipment and report maintenance needs.
