Raising Cane’s is hiring entry-level Cooks to help set the pace in our kitchen and ensure high-quality chicken finger meals for customers. The role offers paid training, opportunities to grow into advanced roles, and weekly pay in many states.

You will work across opening and closing shifts in a fun, fast-paced environment and be part of a team that values growth and community involvement. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour in Illinois, with potential increases after training and performance

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no experience required.
• Paid training provided for new Cooks.
• Ability to work across opening and closing shifts.
• Must be 16 years or older; able to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and food prep procedures.
• Prepare chicken finger meals to Raising Cane’s standards.
• Assist customers and process payments efficiently.
• Keep work area clean and organized throughout the shift.
