Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking entry-level and experienced Cooks to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare high-quality chicken finger meals, take orders, and assist customers in a fun, energetic environment.

Paid training is provided, with potential for advancement to Bird Specialist or Certified Trainer as you grow. New hires can earn pay raises within the first year through training and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; paid training provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks quickly.
• Must be 16+ years old.
• Able to work opening, closing, and all shifts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality chicken finger meals to Raising Cane’s standards.
• Take customers' orders and process payments efficiently.
• Maintain clean tables, floors and dining areas.
• Follow safety procedures when handling and preparing food.
• Collaborate with crewmembers to ensure smooth service.
