• Cook chicken, sides, and other menu items to Slim Chickens standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly.
• Work closely with your team to deliver fast, accurate orders.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality throughout the shift.
• Move with urgency and stay cool under pressure during peak times.
• Follow procedures for portion control, waste reduction, and prep efficiency.
• Take pride in your station and own the food that goes out to guests.
