Our hotel features 455 guest rooms, two blocks from the Magnificent Mile, with downtown views of Chicago and Lake Michigan. Our 10 team members report directly to the Executive Chef.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience as a cook working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work the required shifts.

Shift Pattern: 3PM-11PM (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed)

Rate of Pay: $23.90 - $25.90 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to recipes and standards, maintaining cleanliness, managing guest orders, and ensuring knowledge of menu and food products. Specific tasks include:

• Prepare food according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Manage guest orders efficiently and courteously
• Ensure knowledge of menu and food products
• Stock and maintain food stations
• Inspect all food sent from the kitchen
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items
