Job Details Job Location: 833 West Camp Street – East Peoria, IL 61611 Salary Range: $9.00 – $30.00 Hourly NOW HIRING: Cooks (Heart of House Team Members)

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items like wings, burgers, and more
• Slice, dice, grill, fry, and sauce with accuracy and speed
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work with your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Help with prep, stocking, and closing duties
• The duties of this position may change from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede)
• Prior experience working in a restaurant or retail environment (Preferred)
• Food Handler Certificate (Preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, and movement in a busy kitchen
