Job description

Location: Connecticut

A family of five, in Greenwich, CT, needs to hire a Housekeeper/Cook/Driver to help their home run smoothly. Responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with hands-on parents for school pick up and driving the preteen/teen children to and from activities.
2. Preparing basic meals for the children and occasionally for the family.
3. Laundry and ironing for the family.
4. Maintaining cleanliness of the home between deep cleanings.
5. Occasional overnights to care for the family’s dogs if the parents travel.
6. Packing lunches.
7. Keeping the home stocked.
8. Household organization.
9. Walking the family dogs with the children.

Ideal candidates will be flexible, organized, and great team players. Must be safe drivers, be familiar with the area, and be comfortable with dogs. Private accommodations provided for live-in candidates. The schedule is Monday to Friday 11am-7pm or 12-8pm depending on the children’s after school activity schedules. Salary range: $35-45/hr. The family would like to start someone before September, but are flexible.
