Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year professional cooking experience or education equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and fulfill prep lists and food preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and company SOPs; report discrepancies and safety concerns.
