Job summary

Senior Living Residences is seeking a Cook for Concord Park in Concord, MA. You will prepare and plate meals for residents, ensuring dietary needs are met, in a safe and welcoming environment.

The position is full-time with Sunday-Thursday shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Compensation starts at $20 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Food Safety certification preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years as a cook in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality and reliability in daily living activities support

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The cook will be responsible for preparing and plating food for meals and special events, and accommodating residents' dietary needs as required.

Requirements

• Certification: Food Safety certification, preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years as a cook in a fast-paced setting
• Physical requirements : Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
