We currently manage over $2 billion in real estate assets.

Greenfield of Perkiomen Valley Senior Living Community is hiring a Cook. In this role, you will prepare and serve nutritious, appealing, and high-quality food for residents and guests, while maintaining cleanliness and complying with all food safety regulations.

Schedule: Full Time - 11:00 am to 7:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food according to the daily menu and standardized recipes in a timely manner.
• Conduct pre-meal meetings with food servers to review menu details.
• Work the food line during mealtime.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitized.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and record them.
• Manage stock rooms, coolers, and freezers; ensure proper storage and rotation of perishables.
• Minimize food waste through proper storage and recycling techniques.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Senior Living experience is a plus.
• Obtain required food handling and sanitation licenses or certificates.
