Care Initiatives is seeking a Cook to join our team in Iowa, delivering compassionate dining services for residents across our healthcare communities. You will participate in menu planning, prepare and serve meals, and ensure nutrition, satisfaction, and safety standards are met daily.

Formación

• Demonstrated skills in quantity food preparation and service.
• Willingness to complete training in Food, Safety, Sanitation and Modified Diets.
• Experience in a healthcare dietary setting a plus.

• Develop positive, respectful relationships with residents by engaging with them and incorporating feedback into meal service whenever possible.
