CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows:

• Visually inspect product for degree of cook desired and adjusts Final Cook Control to insure proper cook.
• Grades product according to quality specifications.
• Maintain proper degree of cook.
• Maintain good housekeeping in work area.
• Sanitize equipment, as needed.
• May assist in departmental cleanup as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT:

Apron, cotton gloves, blue gloves, measuring sticks for measuring slices, shite scoop for topping to remove under/over cooked meat.

The majority of the time is spent in the plant environment and will include wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat (non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts, exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and chemicals. Noise level is loud in the production area and hearing protection is always required. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Vision requirement should be at least 20/40 for near and far vision.

Bump cap, hair/beardnet, eye protection/goggles, hand protection, hearing protection and safety shoes
