Job Summary

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs duties related to the preparation and service of patient, staff, and guest meals. These may include but are not limited to preparing food items for patient and retail food services according to standard recipes, food portioning, garnishing and setup for service, display cooking, setup and service; cleaning and sanitizing all equipment and work areas between use; maintaining accurate production records.

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational training in Culinary Arts preferred.
  2. Four to six months of prior institutional or commercial quantity cooking experience
