Job summary

Claremont Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Cook/Chef to join our team for the PM shift (11am-8pm). You will prepare all served food, plan production to align with meal times, and follow standardized recipes while respecting special diets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare all served food.
• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours.
• Follow standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to sanitation and food production codes.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
