Position details: Full-time, with a flexible schedule from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm, including alternate weekends.

Starting pay is $21.00/hour, based on experience.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency in cooking.
• Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of cooking preparation and production.
• Assist with ware washing as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization according to community standards.
• Evaluate food service quality, temperature, and appearance.

Experience & Education:

• High school diploma required.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in restaurant or senior living settings.
• Continuous work history in the industry is preferred.
• ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Ability to cook from scratch.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
