Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking a dedicated culinary professional to assist in meal preparation for residents, staff, and guests at our senior living community. You will work closely with dining services to ensure top-quality service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

This role includes coordinating with the Connections Director and Sales & Marketing teams on special events, maintaining records, and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and experience in culinary arts or food service.
• Knowledge of volume food preparation.
• Knowledge and ability to operate food service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents, associates, and visitors.
• Coordinate effective communication among dining team and resident assistants.
• Plan and implement special events with the Connections Director and the Director of Sales and Marketing.
• Maintain necessary records and complete administrative paperwork.
• Follow established safety regulations, including fire protection, infection control, and equipment safety.

Pay: $21.00-24.00 per hour depending on experience

Role

Assists Executive Chef/Dining Services Director in the preparation of meals and provides excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
