Job summary

The MGM Resorts Aria property is hiring a Cook to join our culinary team. You will bring passion, precision, and creativity to every dish while delivering memorable dining experiences for guests in a fast-paced resort setting.

You will support line cooks by maintaining mise en place, plating with care, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. Flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of experience working as a Cook preferred.
• Previous experience in a resort or high-volume hospitality setting preferred.
• Flexible availability to work varied shifts and an on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays.
