In the kitchen, this is what we do...

• Work safely while serving as many people as possible with great tasting food, quickly and friendly.
• Cook food according to recipes and planned menus.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness standards for dishes, utensils, equipment, and facilities.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards for all food produced.
• Provide excellent customer service skills with basic math skills.
• Be able to lift items up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing/walking 90% of the time.
