Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Burlington, IA is hiring Cooks (Heart of House Team Members) to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare wings, burgers, and more, following recipes and presentation standards to delight guests.

We provide training, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow. Competitive hourly pay with same-day pay options and flexible scheduling are available.

Salary Range: $7.25 - $20.00 Hourly

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items like wings, burgers, and more
• Slice, dice, grill, fry, and sauce with accuracy and speed
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work with your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Help with prep, stocking, and closing duties

Requirements

Required

• Minimum 18 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede)

Preferred

• Prior experience working in restaurant or retail environment
• Food Handler Certificate

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, and movement in a busy kitchen
