Position Summary

The Cook will ensure quality service and consistent product preparation, assisting with daily kitchen operations in Catering and Concessions.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Cook and prepare food
  • Serve food in proper portions and at correct temperatures
  • Maintain appearance of equipment and serving areas
  • Manage inventory in the stockroom
  • Clean kitchen areas before and after shifts
  • Sanitize and store kitchen utensils and dishes
  • Assist with venue operations including inventory and minor equipment maintenance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Positive communication skills with patrons
  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, team player
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
  • Lift up to 50 pounds waist-high
  • Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling
  • Handle cleaning chemicals with caution
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Stand, walk, lift, push, pull for extended periods
  • Operate a computer as needed
  • Work environment includes intermittent noise
