Summary:

Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality food following recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals with correct portions, temperatures, and presentation.
• Use established procedures during service and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, and operate equipment properly.
• Assist in planning, ordering, and record keeping.
• Report maintenance needs and attend safety meetings.
• Work collaboratively with team members and ensure safety standards, including HACCP compliance.
