Job summary

Villa Restaurant Group, owner of Far East and other concepts, is hiring cooks for its Wind Creek Outlets Food Court location. Prepare and cook menu items to Far East recipes, maintain cleanliness, follow safety standards, and work with a team to keep orders moving.

Minimum one year cooking experience, quick-service or high-volume preferred; Asian cuisine or wok experience is a plus; strong organization and reliability required; this is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year cooking experience, preferably in quick-service or high-volume restaurant.
• Experience with Asian cuisine or wok is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Far East recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards.
• Keep food stocked and ready to serve during busy periods.
• Follow food safety procedures, including proper cooking temperatures, food storage, labeling, and rotation.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and help with kitchen cleaning.
• Work with your team to keep orders moving accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled.
