Aramark Nexus in Texas is seeking Cooks to join a growing workforce community located between Wheeler and Pampa. We are hiring for multiple Cook openings and welcome applicants with experience in restaurants, hospitality, catering, cafeterias, hotels, resorts, healthcare dining, or large-volume operations. This posting covers current and upcoming opportunities with information on schedules, start dates, and career growth.

Location: Outside Pampa, Texas. Position: Cook. Pay: $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook, Line Cook, Prep Cook, Grill Cook, Restaurant Cook, Kitchen Cook or similar culinary role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and production schedules.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with food preparation, storage, and inventory management.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special meal service.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and hospitality team members.
• Deliver excellent service and hospitality to residents and guests.

Job Description Aramark Nexus is building a pipeline of talented Cooks for a growing workforce community located between Wheeler and Pampa, Texas.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
