Hilton Charlotte Uptown is seeking an experienced Culinary professional to join our team! The Cook role involves culinary functions focused on restaurant and banquet service. This position will rotate through hot line stations, banquet menu preparation, and sauté & grill stations. Candidates must have at least one year of culinary experience.

The ideal candidate is passionate about culinary excellence, possesses the skills to create high-quality dishes, and has a service-oriented attitude. They should be driven to succeed and thrive in a team environment. Experience in a full-service menu environment is required.

This position is for the AM shift, with working hours from 5am to 1pm or 7am to 3pm. Candidates must be available to work during these hours, including weekdays and weekends.
