Job Responsibilities

• Entry Level Cook is a culinary position that requires basic culinary skills or related cooking experience and good communication skills. This is typically a production position that requires total supervision and training.
• Intermediate Level Cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired candidate will have hotel cooking experience and professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.
• Experienced Level Cook requires good communication skills as well as at least three years of previous line and fine dining experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.

The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $25 per hour. This is the pay range for this position at Alila Ventana Big Sur reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors including experience and education and training level.

Shift: AM shifts start at 6am and PM Shifts start at 2pm.
