Job Summary: Palisades Tahoe is seeking cooks of all experience levels to work at our on-mountain and base area restaurants. Responsible for daily preparation of a variety of food items, maintaining cleanliness, and other tasks as assigned by the venue manager.
Applicants must be 18 years of age.
Hourly:
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's hourly pay for this position. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, training, location, and other factors. The listed range is one component of the total compensation package, which may include incentives and region-specific benefits.
Base hourly pay range: $18.68 - $24.28 per hour

Basic culinary skills and at least 6 months in a professional kitchen.
The Experienced Line Cook is responsible for:

Strong culinary skills and at least 12 months in a professional kitchen. Knowledge of CA Health Code and temperature logs.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to walk, talk, see, hear, taste, and smell regularly. Capable of standing for 90%+ of a shift and lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have good vision and focus.
Working Conditions:
Indoor/Outdoor: May be exposed to weather conditions.
Hazards: Loud noise, fumes, odors, gases, dusts, mists, electrical, mechanical, burns, radiation, and chemicals.
Equipment Used: Commercial kitchen equipment and cleaning agents.
