Position Summary

The Cook will provide quality service as well as consistent products. This position will assist the Concessions Team with the prep, shift needs, and daily upkeep of the park's concessions locations.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Cook and prepare food
2. Serve food in proper pre-determined portion sizes and at the correct temperature
3. Maintain appearance of all equipment and serving counters
4. Maintain inventory in the stock room
5. Clean kitchen area before and after shifts, and during shifts as needed
6. Sanitize and store pots, pans, utensils, and dishes
7. Perform other related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

1. Follow both oral and written instructions
2. Availability on weekends, nights, and weekdays
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
4. Effective time management skills
5. Prior experience in food industry preferred
6. ServeSafe Certification is preferred but not required

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

1. Lift up to 40 pounds
2. Tolerate extreme temperatures
3. Stand, walk, lift, carry, push, and pull for extended periods
