Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers in Jasper, Alabama is seeking a Team Member to help deliver a great guest experience. Team Members work with colleagues to prepare our signature burgers, custard and side items, maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant, and provide genuine hospitality.

You’ll be trained to specialize in Coldline or Hotline duties, with opportunities to cross-train, and every task is carried out with teamwork and a shared commitment to serving happily.

Qualifications

• Dependable in attendance, policy and procedure.
• Always upholding the three pillars of quality, cleanliness and hospitality.
• Preparing and maintaining workstations, equipment and food.
• Work together with your team for efficiency, supporting all coworkers with dignity and respect.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
