Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services seeks a Part-Time Cook for Memorial City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Houston, TX 77055. You will prepare resident meals according to diet specifications and facility procedures.

Responsibilities include cooking from scheduled menus, maintaining sanitation of equipment and work areas, and following proper food handling procedures. Texas Food Handler Certificate is preferred and prior skilled nursing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities

The Cook ensures that the resident meals are properly prepared and apportioned according to the resident’s diet specifications, facility procedures, and prescribed dietary and sanitary regulations.
