Compensation: $21.62 per hour

• Superior knife handling abilities
• Maintain standards listed below

Qualifications:

• Four years of experience in a restaurant specializing in continental or classical cuisine, totaling ten years of experience
• Must meet requirements for Cook 3 and Cook 4
• Demonstrate knowledge of product utilization, stock rotation, food cost, and waste control
• Must demonstrate initiative and creativity
