We are seeking reliable, dedicated professional line cooks to join our kitchen at Resorts at Chester River Manor in Middle River, MD. As a nursing home cook, you will prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, working closely with healthcare staff to ensure appropriate nutrition for each resident. Your responsibilities include practicing safe food handling, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, and collaborating with the head chef to plan meals. You will also assist with purchasing food, recommending quantities and items based on resident demand and dietary needs.

Qualifications:

• Preferred 1 year experience working in a Long-Term Care Facility
• Preferred 1 year experience as a dietary aide or in a relevant cooking role
• Must be vaccinated for Covid-19
• Reliable transportation
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
