• Backs patient try line on grill/broiler as needed.
• Follows tally for batch cooking of temperature-sensitive items.
• Begins patient food preparation for the following day.
• Delegates duties to cook's helper.
• Works to improve total quality of the department.

Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
