Effective Date: Immediate

Hours: 4 1/2 hours/day, 8:15 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Exhibit emotional stability and physical stamina necessary for meeting the requirements of the position.
• Capable of performing assigned duties.

• Qualified as a food handler under all laws and ordinances.
• Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.

Duties

• Report for work at the regularly scheduled time unless otherwise instructed by the Head Cook and work until assigned tasks are completed.
• Carry out orders of the Head Cook in preparation and serving of food.
• Be agreeable and pleasant with others.
• Help with all clean-up jobs except mopping kitchen floors.
• Work closely with other cooks and the Head Cook to ensure meals are properly prepared and served.
• Assist in maintaining a good food service operation.
• Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.

Salary

$13.05 - $17.99, depending on experience.

Direct Supervisor

Under the direct supervision of the Head Cook and/or Principal.
