An established industry player is seeking a Cook 3 to join their dynamic kitchen team. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a full-service kitchen, a passion for culinary arts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in delivering an extraordinary guest service experience by being attentive to guests' needs and ensuring satisfaction with their meals. Under the direction of the Sous Chef or Cook 4, the Cook 3 prepares and cooks food, cleans, stocks and maintains all kitchen, preparation, service, dining and storage areas. Assists with venue management, including but not limited to; expediting, managing inventory and supervising personnel. Prepares, seasons and cooks soups, vegetables and other food items for consumption at banquets, restaurants and/or in-room dining and all tasks called upon. Must be capable of large volume food production.
