Descend 21 is the newest venue at Hyatt Regency Orlando, offering lunch through dinner service with a full bar, music, and entertainment, featuring both indoor and outdoor seating. We are dedicated to building a successful team with multiple growth opportunities.

An intermediate line cook should possess good communication and culinary skills, with hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures, be able to work at least two stations in the kitchen, and require moderate supervision and training.
