Position Overview

The Cook 3 is a member of the Food & Beverage Team responsible for food preparation, cooking, and serving. Reports to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Master all kitchen stations and ensure high standards of service.
  2. Exceed guest satisfaction and resolve challenges promptly.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation by following schedules.
  4. Prepare ingredients and dishes according to recipes and techniques.
  5. Cook, carve, portion, and garnish foods as per orders.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Customer-oriented, responsive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong team-building and leadership skills.

Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent; 3+ years cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.
  • Current Food Handlers card.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Work Environment & Physical Demands

Primarily indoor kitchen work, with exposure to heat, steam, noise, and outdoor conditions during events. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring dexterity and mobility.
