Lakeside - Barton Creek Country Club

Responsibilities

• Preparing a variety of hot and cold food items for different outlets in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks as needed
• Operating at least one kitchen station (Sauté, Grill, Garde Manger, etc.)
• Maintaining cleanliness of all preparation stations and surrounding culinary areas
• Organizing and preparing current and future requisitions
• Communicating menu and dietary changes effectively across shifts

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of culinary experience preferred; proficient in operating at least one culinary station
• Knowledge of basic kitchen preparation, knife skills, sanitation, and safety
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day and remain active
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Food Handlers Certification required
