Your Day to Day
As a Banquet Cook, you’ll assist servers in providing fast and courteous service of food and beverage to guests by clearing and setting tables and performing miscellaneous tasks.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Efficiently prepare and produce hot and cold food for a la carte restaurant service while working in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen and/or production kitchen environment
• Understand proper food storage/staging, production timing, plate-up processes, dish-out processes and expediting procedures for restaurant orders and banquet events
• Work closely and effectively with back of house kitchen management to maintain a consistent high quality product in regards to food preparation, presentation and service
• Ensure that the highest level of guest experience is maintained at all times
• Maintain working knowledge and experience in food and kitchen safety

What We Need From You
Minimum of 5 years of experience in high volume kitchens preferred (hotel, resort, catering, restaurant).

This job requires the ability to perform the following:

• Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Moving about the kitchen
• Handling food, objects, products and utensils
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays

What We Offer
The hourly pay range for this role is $21.99 to $32.98. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Los Angeles, California. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
