Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.
• Maintain Four Seasons standards for quality, consistency, and culinary excellence in every dish served.
• Set up and organize workstations with all necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment before service.
• Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquet, and special event operations as assigned.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, labeling, rotation, and sanitation practices.
• Monitor product quality and communicate any concerns regarding ingredients, equipment, or service execution.
• Follow all health, safety, and HACCP guidelines.
• Assist with daily production, mise en place preparation, and inventory organization.
• Work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Schedule & Hours

• This is a full time position.
• Most Cook II positions are scheduled on morning shifts, typically from 4:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
• Candidates must be available to work until 3:00 PM when business levels or operational needs require additional coverage.
• Flexible scheduling is required based on occupancy, special events, seasonal demand, and business needs.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is mandatory.
• Must be willing to work varying schedules, including early mornings and occasional extended shifts as needed.
