Join Our Team as a Cook at Gardens at Arkanshire!

Located in Springdale, Arkansas, we are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team. Our wage range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00 per hour, with a shift schedule from Sunday to Thursday, 6:30 am – 1:30 pm.

About the Role
  1. Prepare menu items: Follow established standards and recipes to provide high-quality, attractively presented food in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain hygiene and safety: Follow health protocols, including proper hygiene, sanitation, and food temperatures.
  3. Connect with residents: Learn residents' preferences and participate in orientations to personalize service.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Current Food Handlers Card as per Department of Health requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership, training, and supervision skills.
  • Proficient communication skills.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfort with temperature extremes and indoor/outdoor work.
  • Criminal background clearance.
