Cook / Kitchen Responsibilities include:

1. Prepare all the classics to order, including Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more, ensuring quality and sanitation standards are met.

2. Prepare fresh vegetables, sauces, and other items following provided recipes.

3. Maintain a clean and organized station while engaging with the team and guests.

4. Work efficiently as part of a team to serve guests promptly.

5. Handle food with a sense of urgency to manage long lines effectively.

6. Monitor food portions and levels throughout the shift, enhancing your knowledge as you go.

The pay rate for this role is $14 per hour, with additional pay for specific conditions:

• $2/hour extra for hours worked after 11pm.

• $2/hour extra for working outside in temperatures below 33°F.

• $3/hour extra for working on holidays*.
